Book Clubs
We read a variety of books for a variety of readers. Come to one or all of them- come to as many or as few as you like. Book Clubs are open to anyone who has read the book, or anyone who is in the middle of reading the book and doesn't mind spoilers.

Book club section under construction; updates available by the end of November 2018.

TeenTober
October 2019 is the first year that Teen Read Week and Teen Tech Week are being combined into TeenTober. In past years, Teen Read week encouraged teens to be regular readers and library users. Teen Tech Week was a time for libraries to showcase the great digital resources and services available to help teens succeed in school and prepare for college and 21st century careers.

National Poetry Month Contest
April 2020. National Poetry Month is the largest literary celebration in the world, with tens of millions of readers, students, K-12 teachers, librarians, booksellers, literary events curators, publishers, bloggers, and, of course, poets marking poetry’s important place in our culture and our lives.
Enter your best poem in our Lesher's Annual Poetry Contest. The best poets are chosen from each grade to attend a celebration lunch with refreshments, prizes, and plenty of great poetry.
